Snakes are creepy but not that dangerous, unless you mess with them. You have probably stepped over lots of poisonous snakes in your life
without even knowing it. They would rather get away from you than to attack you. I had a big rat snake wrapped around my TV antenna last month
and it didnt even try to bite me when I unwrapped it and took it to another part of the property.
